Eligibility & Accounts
When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information (including your email and name) and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
Description of the Service
The Service helps users explore and understand verses from the Bhagavad Gita using AI-assisted search and answer generation. We use AI-powered search over a Bhagavad Gita dataset (sourced from the Kaggle dataset at this Kaggle dataset to retrieve relevant verses and related content, and we use AI models to synthesize a final response for you.
AI and Content Limitations
Responses are generated by AI models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your specific circumstances. They are provided for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute legal, medical, mental health, financial, or other professional advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content provided by the Service.
Data We Collect
When you use the Service, we collect the following information: email, name, authentication data, chat history, and baseline browser and device metrics (for example, browser type, operating system, basic request metadata, and usage patterns) similar to those collected by modern analytics tools. We use this data to provide, secure, and improve the Service.
AI and Third-Party Services
We use third-party services to provide the Service, including OpenAI's API for large language model ("LLM") calls that power our AI search across Gita verses and our final answer generation. Your prompts and relevant context may be sent to these services for processing, subject to their own terms and policies.
User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service in violation of any law, to harass or harm others, to interfere with the Service's operation, or to attempt to reverse engineer or otherwise misuse the Service or underlying models.
Intellectual Property
The Service, including its content (excluding the Bhagavad Gita dataset where rights may be governed by its own license), software, and design, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
No Sale of Data
We do not sell your personal data. We may use third-party providers to help operate the Service, but they are only permitted to process data on our behalf and under appropriate safeguards.
Emails & Texts
At this time, we do not send emails or text messages as part of the Service, other than any strictly necessary communications that might be required for operating the application in the future.
Changes & Termination
We may modify or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
